Refund policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you ample time to request a return.

For your item to qualify for a return, it must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that if your residence is outside Israel, shipping times may vary.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order once the return is processed.

European Union Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without providing justification, provided the item remains in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.

CANCELLATION

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of
placing it. To cancel an order, customers must contact us

details and cancellation request.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such
cases, customers may return the item(s) according to our refund and
return policy outlined separately.
Upon successful cancellation of an order within the specified
timeframe, customers will receive a full refund to their original
